Maaaan

This week has been so busy! I've been to far too many parties and events this week alone.

Apparently everyone's birthday is in March! :p

On Monday, I had a long work day and it kept going with the planning of Ham's bday. I got together with Bex and then Nessypoo to "help" with the birthday cake. I was just around for moral support and good eats. We had a little party of the arcade and I was so sleepyyyy. 

Tuesday was just another long work day and I had to continue working on truck. It sucks working on truck for more than one day. (To my great surprise, when I returned to work on Friday, truck was still there!)

Wednesday-the day I'd been waiting for- Doug, Vanessa, Josh and I went to San Antonio for the Underoath rebirth tour. The concert was great! I loved seeing the band together again and allll their songs were great except for Some seek forgiveness... Heh. Even Aaron Gillespie was there! Sweet stuff. Doug even seemed to be jamming out to that lovely screamo! 

Thursday, I chopped off all my hair!

I had to work Friday morning and it was also Lidia's birthday that day! We did Tipsy Canvas! I drank some yummy wine with Michi and Moosie and we painted this cool 'catrina' girl:

Saturday morning, the Lira side of the family got together at the cemetery to commemorate Grandma's death/life. It's been one year. We sang some old worship songs that she liked when she was alive. :) Aunts and uncles and my dad said a few words.

That night, I attended a cholo party. Literally everyone dressed up as gangsters or mobsters. Here in the Valley- cholos. It was Angie and her husband, Orlie's birthday party. I put something together and got some help from my old buddy, Monica. I ended up borrowing some of her husband's stuff. It was silly. I had a long chat with Monica about her job and the possibilities of teaching and all the stuff I have to do. I'm seriously considering it. I mean, I said I would never do it...
