Anyone ever feel like

They can't decide to whether just stay at home and be lazy or get out and adventure and see beautiful things? 

I often find myself fighting between these two completely opposite things. 

I mean, I guess I can see beautiful things on the Internet and be at home, lazying around. But it's not the same!!

I got to do a little of both today, anyway. I was lazy with Doug all morning up until around 2pm when I decided today would be the day that we finally explored Estero Llano Grande state park. 

It was initially a little difficult because both of our bikes were taking up the whole back section of my car and Jake had to sit on my lap. But he quickly made himself comfortable and the drive was only like 20 mins to Weslaco. The weather was so perfect today too. Here are some pics! 

After we left the park, I asked Doug if he could stop at a Starbucks because it seemed like the perfect time for Jake to try his first 'puppacino.' Jake's not picky at all, so of course, he loved it! It was so cute.

After, we came to Doug's grandma's to watch her dogs, Otto, Rudy, Sally and Pookie. (She's outta town-gender reveal party) 

Doug and I had a great dinner (wingstop!) and watched War of the Worlds featuring Tiny Tom Cruise (we recently watched family guy episode with tom cruise parody). 

It was such a good day off.
