Bridal shower quickly approaching!
The day before yesterday was my day off and I spent it lazying around with my one true love. I was supposed to meet up with one of Vanessa's bridesmaid buddy but that didn't happen. I ended up going to the mall to meet up with sisters and mom to look for Valeria and mom's dress for the wedding.
Val was feeling under the weather still; her UTIs are just getting worse before they get better.
Mom rented a wheelchair for her so she wouldn't have to be walking around in pain.
Val found a dress for the bridal shower this Sunday and Mom found her dress for the wedding!💕
Val's dress is supposed to be lavender and we're having a really hard time finding a lot of choices in that color. We went to about five stores. She ended up trying on some really pretty light blues as a last resort but didn't choose any. The wedding is less than a month away!
Just this week, I finished the party favor baggies, the big floral "V" and the Honeymoon Fund jar.
Monica picked all the games she wants to play and bought prizes, Anna finished her little centerpieces and picked up some photo booth backdrop linens. Everything will come together! I am excited.
Last night, I asked my bosses if I could borrow chairs from the warehouse for Sunday and they said sure. Also took a round table. ;) Right now before work, I am going to go pick up some print out photos for their collage I am making. Fun stuff. Makes me want a March wedding at Chachalaca Inn. This weather is so perfect.
I think I'll wear my yellow dress that I wore for our silly impromptu engagement photos that Val took of Doug and I, on Sunday.
