Oh please, God!

Doug told me last week that THIS week, he knew he was gonna be hearing from Wyndham school district. We slept in today till noon and he saw that he had a missed call. They had left a voicemail and it was a lady calling from Beeville- from WYNDHAM SCHOOL DISTRICT.

We were both excited.

While Doug was playing Mario Kart and I was throwing away some egg shells from the 'healthy' breakfast I was making, I was thinking-
"I wonder if it ever gets old to be in your home-alone together-and feel at complete liberty to do as you wish?"
...or something along those lines. You get it, right?
I mean, I just wonder what it'll be like to have our own kitchen and know that it is all ours?
I dunno.

The possibility seems sooo close yet so far!

We ended up going to Bentsen State park for a bit-cause I had wanted to go last week.
It was lovely weather.

There was a mishap with a dropping of the keys, but luckily, they were quickly found.

After that, we met up at Bill Schupp park for the first ever 'Dog Walking' gathering. (lulz)

There's plenty of room for improvement. Right now Jake is pretty much knocked out from the excitement of today's activities. Poor guy doesn't get out often enough, I guess.

It's 2:15 am and I've stayed up too late, binging ANTM. Can't believe I'm still into that show.
