Should I? Will I? Can I? May I?

"May I?" is what I should be asking the Lord. Haha.

Doug just called me before I jumped into the shower. Not usual of him to do.
He was supposed to be dropping off some pie orders with Pastor Josh to Harlingen.
Apparently, he ended up meeting Josh at Logos and the pie drop off was cancelled.
Doug ended up around Pastor Serge, who is the Music ministry pastor.....
Someone who I've been aware of since we started attending Logos more regularly.
I knew that if I wanted to become a part of this music ministry I would someday have to talk to Serge.

Unfortunately, I'm a chicken who lacks lots of confidence...still.
(Are there brave chickens?)

Whatever.

Doug told me he talked to Serge and told him how playing was a passion of mine and how I was hesitant because I only played by reading music and how I was more intimidated because the one other time I saw a trumpet player up there, I saw him playing by ear, seemingly.

UGH.

So, I should be asking God if I may play for him once again? /heartache
Seriously, I felt some plucking on my heart strings when I thought of that and wrote it.
